Privacy

Melolab operates BubblyField. This notice explains how the game handles information when you use its account and online-play features.

Information we process

If you choose Apple or Google sign-in, we receive the provider identifier and, where the provider makes them available, your name and email address. We store your account identifier, profile settings, game progress such as XP and match totals, sign-in session records, and the information needed to operate online rooms. We also process basic technical information needed to provide the service, such as connection and error information.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, keep your progress and preferences connected to your account, operate multiplayer matches, protect the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Where it is stored

Account and progress data are stored in BubblyField's dedicated database infrastructure. Apple and Google authenticate you directly; we do not receive their passwords.

Retention and choices

We keep account data while your account is active or as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations. You can sign out in the game settings. To ask for access, correction, or deletion of account data, email hello@melolab.app from the address associated with your account, if available.

Children

Do not use the service where you are not permitted to do so by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review the request.

Changes

We may update this notice as the game develops. We will post the current version on this page and update its effective date.
